1. How long is delivery?

Delivery takes 6–9 business days in total.

Processing is 1–2 business days, shipping is 5–7 business days.

Yes, you receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

You must contact us immediately.

Once production starts, changes are no longer possible.

 

4. What countries do you ship to?

We ship to the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.

 

5. Do I pay customs fees?

International customers may pay duties or taxes.

These are not included in our prices.

 

6. What is your return policy?

Non-custom items can be returned within 30 days.

Returns are free for eligible products.

 

7. Can I return customized products?

No, custom products are final sale.

We only replace them if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We will send instructions and, if eligible, a return label.

Refunds take 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Yes, our prints are durable.

Wash inside-out on a gentle cycle for best results.
