This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds operate for our standard and customized products.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible.
3. Eligible Products for Return
3.1 Standard Products (Non-Custom)
Standard products may be returned free of charge within the 30-day return window.
Conditions:
– The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
– The item must include all original packaging (if applicable).
– A return label will be provided after approval.
3.2 Customized Products
Because customized items are made uniquely for each customer, these items are final sale and non-refundable.
No returns or refunds are accepted for customized items unless:
– The product arrives damaged,
– The product is defective,
– The wrong item was received.
If any of these conditions apply, we will replace the item at no additional cost or provide store credit.
4. How to Request a Return
All return requests must be submitted via email:

Include:
– Your order number
– The email used during checkout
– A description of the issue
– Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once approved, you will receive the appropriate return instructions and a prepaid return label (for eligible items).
Do not send items back without receiving return authorization.
5. Free Returns Policy
We offer free returns for all non-custom products.
Customized items are excluded from free returns.
Return shipping costs for ineligible items are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Refunds
6.1 Approved Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is:
– Received
– Inspected
– Approved
Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
6.2 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if:
– The item shows signs of use
– Parts of the product or packaging are missing
– The return is approved but does not meet full return criteria
6.3 Refunds Not Accepted
Refunds are not provided for:
– Customized products (unless damaged/defective/wrong item)
– Returns received after 30 days
– Items sent back without approval
– Items not in their original condition due to customer handling
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Customers must request a return and place a new order if they wish to receive a different size, color, or product.
8. Lost or Damaged Returns
Pet-Wear.com is not responsible for returns sent without authorization or for packages lost during customer-initiated return shipping.
All returns must follow the instructions provided via email.
