All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

High-volume periods such as Black Friday or holiday seasons may extend processing times slightly.

 


 

2. Shipping Times

Our standard shipping times are:

United States: 5–7 business days

Canada: 5–7 business days

United Kingdom: 5–7 business days

Australia: 5–7 business days

These times do not include the processing time of 1–2 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

6–9 business days (processing + shipping)


Please note: these timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs clearance, or high-volume periods may impact delivery times.

 


 

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Pet-Wear.com is not liable for orders delivered to incorrectly submitted addresses.

If you entered the wrong address, email us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, we will attempt to update the address.

 


 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to Canada, the UK, Australia or other international destinations may be subject to:


– Import duties

– Taxes

– Customs fees


These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product pricing or shipping fees.


Customs processing may also delay delivery times.

 


 

6. Lost, Delayed or Stolen Packages

Pet-Wear.com is not responsible for:

– Packages lost due to incorrect addresses,

– Delays caused by carriers,

– Stolen packages after delivery confirmation.


If your package is missing but marked as delivered, please:

 

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Verify the shipping address

  3. Contact the carrier

  4. Email us at info@pet-wear.com

We will assist where possible, but replacements are not guaranteed for carrier-verified deliveries.

 


 

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and selected international regions.

Some remote areas may experience longer transit times.
