Once production has started, no further changes can be made.

2 – PRODUCTION (2–3 days)

Most items require 2–3 days to produce with care and precision.

3 – SHIPPING (7–10 days or faster)

After production, your item is securely packaged and shipped. Delivery typically takes 7–10 days.

During peak seasons or extreme weather conditions, shipping times may experience slight delays.

Please note that we do not provide design previews for confirmation, as this significantly slows down the production process. Thank you for your understanding.

Fabric Composition: 80% Cotton, 20% Polyester

Washing Instructions:

• Machine wash at 86°F (30°C) on a gentle cycle with similar colors.

• Always wash inside out to protect embroidery and prints.

• Use a mild detergent only. Do not bleach.

• Avoid prolonged soaking.

Drying Instructions:

• Lay flat to dry or hang to air dry.

• Do not tumble dry, as heat may damage the fabric, embroidery, or print.

Can I see a preview of my design before printing? +

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer design previews. Our small team focuses on delivering each personalized product with attention to detail, and contacting each customer individually would delay production.

If you have any concerns about the photos or text you've submitted, please contact us —we're happy to offer suggestions to ensure you get the best possible result.

Can I make changes after placing my order? +

Yes, you can make changes only during the first day after placing your order.

Once the production process has started, it is no longer possible to make changes because the design goes directly into production. We recommend that you check your order carefully before confirming it to avoid mistakes.

Can I put two animals on one sweatshirt or hoodie? +

Yes! If you select more than one pet and check the name option, additional text fields will appear and you will be able to upload several photos. We will place an "&" symbol between the names on the embroidery.

Can I return my order? +

Since each item is made to your own personal wishes and information, we do not accept returns. Your product has been designed specifically for you and cannot be resold or reused. There is no option to return the product, but if you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
